How do we protect you if there’s a new device login on your account?

To help keep your account secure, we’ll send an alert to your registered email address whenever we detect a login from a new device or location.

The email will include:

  • The IP address
  • The location
  • Details about the device used

These alerts are a normal part of our security process. You might receive them even when the activity is legitimate (eg if you log in while traveling or using a new device).

We’d rather be safe and notify you unnecessarily, than risk leaving your account unprotected.
