Why has my cryptocurrency withdrawal been declined?

Your cryptocurrency withdrawal may have been declined for various reasons. Below are some of the most common ones and the appropriate actions you can take:

  • Insufficient funds available for withdrawal: if you don’t have enough available funds in your trading account to cover the requested withdrawal amount, the withdrawal may be declined. In such cases, you could close some positions or cancel orders to increase the available funds. Alternatively, you may  initiate a withdrawal for a smaller amount.
  • Withdrawal exceeds deposit value: to withdraw funds in cryptocurrency, you must select an amount that’s equal to or less than the net value of your cryptocurrency deposits.
  • Check token and network type: If you selected the wrong token or network type when initiating the withdrawal, it might result in being declined or loss of funds. Always double check that the token and network type match the wallet you're withdrawing to. If you’re unsure, refer to the wallet provider's instructions or contact support for guidance.
  • Incorrect or different address: ensure that the address for the cryptocurrency withdrawal matches the deposit address of your personal wallet or exchange.
  • The volume limit per transaction exceeded: if your requested withdrawal amount exceeds the allowed limit, try dividing it into smaller parts and initiate multiple withdrawals accordingly.
