To check the status of your cryptocurrency withdrawal:
- Log in to the app or web platform.
- Go to ‘Reports’, and choose ‘Funds history’.
- Find the transaction, filtering by type and time period using the dropdowns.
You’ll see one of the following statuses applied to your transaction:
Approval
Your withdrawal has been initiated and is pending approval.
Processing
Your withdrawal has been approved, and is awaiting third-party security checks.
Processed
Your funds have been sent to your chosen address.
Declined
Your transaction wasn’t accepted, possibly due to network issues.
Click or tap the transaction, then the ‘Show in blockchain’ button to find in-depth information about your transaction status.
