In order to close your account you need to ensure you have no open positions and that you have withdrawn all of your funds.

Once your account has a $0 balance, please email support@capital.com from your registered email address requesting the closure of your account.
Apple ID Users: Finding Your Registered Email
1. Go to your device settings and tap on Apple ID.
2. Select 'Sign in with Apple,' then locate 'Apps using Apple ID.'
3. Find 'Capital.com' for your Apple-masked email address and use it to contact support.
