I've moved countries. I now live abroad. How do I update my details?

If you want to change your profile details (name, address, country of residence, etc) please send us an email at support@capital.com.

To update your address we need one of the following documents as evidence:

  • Utility bill (ie water, gas, electricity, television services, landline phone bills, etc)
  • Bank/credit card Statement
  • Residence certificates;
  • Credit/debit card statements;
  • Tax statements or local authority tax bills;
  • Rental agreements;
  • Government-issued documents such as notices, election invitations, etc;
  • Letters from the landlord or employer.
