Two-factor authentication, or 2FA, is an extra layer of protection used to ensure the security of online accounts beyond the use of username and password logins.

In addition to creating strong passwords and using different password choices for each of your online accounts, we strongly recommend setting up 2FA.

This can be enabled or disabled in 'Settings' on the web platform or app.
